We met Mira a few years back–she was a bridesmaid at her brother Perry’s wedding. We were so excited to see her at the Wedding Fair and to hear that she’s marrying her true love, Joey. These two have such a close bond: you can see it with every interaction. They are not only husband and wife: but true, considerate, loving, best friends.
Their Calgary Jewish wedding, filled with supportive family and friends, got under way at the Marriot Hotel. It seemed as though the entire hotel was filled with their guests. It was hard to walk down the hall without watching Mira and Joey be smothered in hugs, laughs, and sometimes even tears. That’s the beauty of a wedding, being surrounded by all the important people, your entire community.
The reception was held at Beth Tzedec Congregation. The dancing of the Hora was amazing, some of my favourite photos forever!!! Thank you both for being so fun, and we really loved seeing you make this thing official!!! And a big thank you Taryn & Perry, we loved seeing you and your whole family again, and meeting your babies!!!
