About us
Howdy!! We are a married photography duo residing in Calgary, AB… but shoot photos everywhere. It’s hard to describe yourself in a couple of paragraphs, so lets start with a picture taken by our son Dale:)
We are long-time artists, with myself Christina, having a background in painting, and Nathan as a musician. Overall we are down-to-earth people, who don’t take themselves too seriously. We want your wedding or family shoot to feel easy, be fun and be filled with laughter. We also want you to be real, and just be in your moments, focused on your love, your family, your day! Yay! Sweet, Sincere, Funky, Fun…. that’s our style!

Christina is a little dynamo. She’s a dreamer, and an idea gal. Her wheels are always turning: she’s always got at least three things on the go, and they usually have to do with art and photography or business. The only time she slows down is when she can cop a cuddle: she prefers humans, but Charlie the cat will do in a pinch. Her superpower is that the camera in her hands, she finds beauty everywhere, and makes everyone look great. Christina loves rooms that are hot (normal room temperature won’t do), French bakery treats, cupcakes, hot baths, natural light, banana peppers, her iMac, all things mini (Mini-Coopers, mini-hamburgers, mini-humans, but NOT mini-planes). Christina’s pretty cute and whip-smart (and mini too, we might add). She’s pretty funny (she thinks she’s funnier than Nathan, but the jury’s out on that one), and she is an amazing people person.
Nathan (written by Christina)…
Nathan is really the most amazing person I have ever met…and he comes in such a humble, patient, confident, peaceful package.
He really is the calm to my storm.
He drinks too much coffee and too much water (but thinks there is no such thing.)
He is obsessed with Apple technology, photography gadgets and finding things on eBay for a dollar that will fix some small problem in our life.
He is the lighting and technical backbone to this whole operation.
He loves art.
He is nice.
He is a goalie, loves playing ball hockey, and watching ice hockey.
He has systems for everything, a car cleanliness obsession.
When he was young he was known as a fashion trend setter, and looks 10 years younger than he is:)
